𠌤失（竭焉反考聲云𠌤過也字書云𠌤字正從人從心幵聲也幵音牽經中多從人二天作𠍴俗字也或作諐愆皆古字也朅音羌𭒯反）。

Mistake and lapse (𠌤失): Has the fanqie jie + yan (qiān). The Kaosheng says: ‘𠌤 means a fault or error.’ The Zishu says: ‘The character 𠌤 properly takes “person” (人), “heart” (心), and qiān (幵) as phonetic.’ 幵 is pronounced qian (qiān). In the sūtras it mostly takes “person” (人) with “two heavens” (二天) as 𠍴, which is a popular form. It is also written as 諐 or 愆, which are both ancient characters. 朅 has the fanqie qiang + yan (qiān).
