熱暍 (The *fanqie* is [ʔ]- + [kɑt̚] (𣈿羯反). Guo Pu's commentary on the *Shanhai jing* states: 'To be struck by heat.' Gu Yewang states: 'To be suddenly stricken by heat, suffering agitation, stifling distress, and feeling near death.' The *Shuowen jiezi* states: 'Suffering sunstroke.' Categorized under the radical 火 (fire) it is written as 暍. 曷 has the *fanqie* [ɦ]- + [kɑt̚] (寒葛反). 堰 has the pronunciation of the *fanqie* [ʔ]- + [kɐn] (謁建反)).
