帷帳（偉虧反廣雅帷亦云帳也鄭注周禮在旁曰帷在上曰幕說文從巾隹聲經作幃香囊也非經義也下張亮反說文帳張也從巾長聲也）。

帷帳 (The *fanqie* is [j]- + [kʷi] (偉虧反). The *Guangya* says: '帷 is also called a curtain or tent (帳).' Zheng [Xuan]'s commentary on the *Zhouli* says: 'What hangs at the sides is called 帷; what covers above is called 幕.' The *Shuowen jiezi* states that it is categorized under the radical 巾 (cloth) with 隹 phonetic. The sūtra text writes 幃, which means a perfume sachet and is not the intended meaning of the sūtra. The *fanqie* for the lower character is [ʈ]- + [lɨɐŋ] (張亮反). The *Shuowen jiezi* states: '帳 means to spread open.' It is categorized under the radical 巾 (cloth) with 長 phonetic).
