騷擾 (The first character has the fanqie 桑 + 勞. Guo's commentary to the Erya says: '騷 means agitating.' The Gujin zhengzi says: 'Formed with "horse" [馬] as semantic and 蚤 as phonetic.' In the genealogy it is written as 搔, which means scratching and conflicts with the meaning of agitating. The second character has the fanqie 而 + 沼, which is the orthodox form.)
