睨眥（上蜺計反下音薺准經義睨眥者怒目視人也說文邪視也瞋目之皃也）。

睨眥 (The first character has the fanqie 蜺計 [nì]; the second has the sound 薺 [zì]. According to the scriptural context, 睨眥 means glaring at someone in anger. The Shuowen jiezi says: "To look askance; the appearance of glaring angrily").
