俯峻（上坊武反鄭注禮記俯俛也顧野王曰俯謂下首也易曰俯以察於地理是也考聲俯小偃也央宴反俛首也下笋俊反考聲峻高竪也孔氏曰峻高大也或峻皆險峭也又高危也）。

俯峻 [Looking down from a steep height] (The first character is fang + wu fan. Zheng's commentary on the Liji says: '俯 means 俛 [to bend down].' Gu Yewang says: '俯 refers to lowering the head.' The Yijing says: 'Bending down to examine the geography,' which is this. The Kaosheng says: '俯 means slightly reclining.' It is [also] yang + yan fan: lowering the head. The second character is sun + jun fan. The Kaosheng says: '峻 means lofty and upright.' Master Kong says: '峻 means tall and great.' Alternatively, 峻 all mean precipitous and steep; it also means high and perilous).
