Interred (堋而) (the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 崩懵 [bēng + měng -> bèng], with 懵 pronounced with the fanqie 墨鄧 [mò + dèng -> mèng]; the transmission text writes the archaic form 𭩀, which is incorrect; the Zuozhuan says: 'At midday, they interred (堋)'; Du Yu's commentary says: '堋 means burying into the earth; it is composed of the earth radical (土) with 朋 phonetic', 朋 being the proper character used; dictionaries also write it as 𥥝, with the same pronunciation as above).
