隳壞（上血規反字書正作墮孔注尚書云隳廢也杜預注左傳云隳毀也損也方言云壞也說文從阜從左聲下懷買反）。

隳壞 ('demolished and ruined': the first character has the fanqie 血規 [xiè + guī]; character dictionaries take 墮 as the orthodox character. Kong's commentary to the Shangshu says: '隳 means to abandon.' Du Yu's commentary to the Zuozhuan says: '隳 means to destroy or damage.' The Fangyan says: 'It means to ruin.' The Shuowen states that it is derived from 阜 with 左 as phonetic. The second character has the fanqie 懷買 [huái + mǎi]).
