繪飾（回外反孔注尚書云繪會五彩色也鄭注論語云繪畫也說文從糸會聲集從貴作繢謂織絲餘也非餘義也）。

Painting and ornament (繪飾: [the first character is pronounced] hui + wai fan; Kong's commentary on the Shangshu says that hui (繪) means combining the five colors; Zheng's commentary on the Lunyu says that hui means painting; the Shuowen jiezi says it is composed of 'silk' [糸] with hui [會] phonetic; the compiled text writes it with 'precious' as 繢, meaning leftover woven silk, which is not the meaning here).
