雙腨 (The first character has the fanqie 疎窓 [sh- + -uāng = shuāng]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The character 雙 consists of two 隹, where 隹 means bird, and takes 又, where 又 is the ancient form of the character 手.' Writing it with 反 as 雙 is incorrect. The second character has the fanqie 船耎 [sh- + -uǎn = shuǎn]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The calf of the leg [when] squatting; it takes 月 [flesh] and 端 as phonetic.' It is also written as 踹 or 膞. In the sūtra text it is written with 專 under 足 as [跳-兆+專], which is also acceptable).
