縲絏（上累追反下先拽反孔注論語云縲黑繩也絏攣也所以拘罪人也古今正字並從糸字累曳皆聲也俗亦作紲字）。

縲絏 (The first character has the fanqie 累追 [lèi + zhuī]; the second has the fanqie 先拽 [xiān + yè]. Kong [Anguo's] commentary on the Lunyu states: '縲 is a black rope; 絏 means bound; they are that by which criminals are restrained.' The Gujin zhengzi states: 'Both are derived from 糸 [silk], with 累 and 曳 respectively as phonetics.' In popular usage it is also written with the character 紲).
