魁膾（上苦回反切韻帥也首也下古外反說文割也切肉也細切為膾或作儈音與膾同市人合也非此所用也）。

魁膾 (Chieftain and butcher: the upper character has the fanqie 苦回; the Qieyun says a leader, a chief. The lower character has the fanqie 古外; the Shuowen says to cut, to mince meat; finely sliced meat is 膾; it is also written 儈, having the same pronunciation as 膾, meaning a broker who brings market people together, which is not what is used here).
