筌蹄（上七緣反考聲取魚竹器也亦籠屬也亦名魚笱莊子云筌者所以在魚得魚忘筌也下弟奚反莊生云蹄所以取兔得兔而忘蹄也從足帝聲玉篇作罤云兔網也）。

Fish trap and rabbit snare (筌蹄: for the upper, qī + yuán [quán]; the Kaosheng says, "A bamboo implement for catching fish; also a type of basket; also called a fish trap." Zhuangzi says, "A fish trap (筌) is for catching fish; once the fish is caught, the trap is forgotten." For the lower, dì + xī [tí]; Master Zhuang says, "A hare trap (蹄) is for catching rabbits; once the rabbit is caught, the snare is forgotten." Derived from 足 with 帝 as phonetic. The Yupian writes it as 罤, stating, "A rabbit net").
