𰮍膳（上効交反賈注國語云𰮍爼也鄭箋毛詩云爼䤈也凡非穀而食曰[希-巾+肉]說文[希-巾+肉]啖也從肉爻聲爻音同上下時戰反玉篇膳美食也從肉善聲經文二字並從食作餚饍俗用字非）。

Delicacies and meals (𰮍膳: the first character has the fanqie *x- / j-*, Jia's commentary on the Guoyu says: "Xiao (𰮍) is sacrificial meat on a stand"; Zheng's commentary on the Maoshi says: "Sacrificial meat and minced meat sauce; all foods other than grain are called xiao 𰮍"; the Shuowen says: "Xiao means to eat; derived from rou 肉 with yao 爻 as phonetic; yao 爻 is pronounced the same"; the second character has the fanqie *sh- / zh-*, the Yupian says: "Shan (膳) is delicious food; derived from rou 肉 with shan 善 as phonetic"; in the sūtra text both characters are written with shi 食 as 餚 and 饍, which are incorrect popular usages).
