輻𨊾（上方六反字書車輻也道德經云三十輻共一轂而無轂之用下文兩反切韻車輞也說文二字並從車福罔省聲）。

Spokes and rim (輻𨊾: the upper character has the fanqie *fāng* + *liù* [fú]; character glossaries say, "The spokes of a cart." The *Daodejing* says, "Thirty spokes converge on one hub, but on that non-being relies the utility of the wheel." The lower character has the fanqie *wén* + *liǎng* [wǎng]; the *Qieyun* says, "The felloe of a wheel." The *Shuowen* says both characters are categorized under "cart", with abbreviated *fú* and *wǎng* as their phonetics).
