脹顋（上知亮反考聲云滿也切韻肘脹也從肉張省聲下蘇來反說文顋頷也頷音胡感反字書云頰也經文作腮俗字也）。

脹顋 (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie zhi + liang. The Kaosheng says: "Full." The Qieyun says: "Swollen elbows." Classified under 'flesh' [肉], with an abbreviated 張 as phonetic. The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie su + lai. The Shuowen says: "顋 means the jaw [頷]." 頷 is pronounced with the fanqie hu + gan. The Zishu says: "Cheek." The sūtra text writes it as 腮, a vulgar character).
