朅地羅（上褰㜸反梵語西方木名無正翻對類此方苦練木也為堅硬堪為橜釘也舊云佉陁羅木是也）。

Khadira (朅地羅: the first character is [pronounced with the] fanqie [initial and final of] 褰 and 㜸; Sanskrit; a name of a tree in the West. There is no precise equivalent translation; it is similar to the bitter chinaberry tree of this land. Being hard, it can be made into pegs and stakes. Formerly rendered as khadira-wood (佉陁羅木), which is correct).
