攪池（上交巧反毛詩傳云攪亂也字書云撓也說文云動也從手攪聲下直离反廣雅云池沼也又曰停水曰池也）。

Stirring the pool (攪池: the first character is [pronounced with the] fanqie [initial and final of] 交 and 巧; the Mao Commentary to the Classic of Poetry says that 'jiǎo' means to disturb; character dictionaries say it means to stir; the Shuowen says it means to move; it takes the 'hand' radical and the phonetic 'jiǎo'. The second character is [pronounced with the] fanqie [initial and final of] 直 and 离; the Guangya says that 'chí' means a pool; it also says that still water is called 'chí').
