瓦礫（上五寡反爾雅云瓦豆謂之登古考史云昆吾氏始作瓦下郎擊反字林砂礫也釋名云礫小石子也律文作礰石聲也非瓦礫義也）。

瓦礫 (Tiles and rubble: for the first character, fanqie 五寡 [wǎ], the Erya says: 'An earthen vessel is called a deng.' The ancient Kaoshi says: 'The Kunwu clan first made tiles.' For the second character, fanqie 郎擊 [lì], the Zilin says: 'Sand and gravel.' The Shiming says: '礫 means small pebbles.' The vinaya text writes 礰, which is the sound of stones; it does not have the meaning of 瓦礫.)
