【智猛】雍州人，稟性端厲，明行清白。少襲法服，修業專誠，志度宏邈。情深佛法，西尋靈迹。北涼永和年中，西還翻譯。

[Zhimeng] A native of Yongzhou, his endowed nature was upright and stern, and his understanding and practice were pure and flawless. From his youth he wore the Dharma robes, practicing his vocation with dedicated sincerity, his resolve and bearing vast and profound. With deep devotion to the Buddha-Dharma, he traveled west to seek the sacred traces. During the Yonghe reign era of the Northern Liang, he returned from the west and engaged in translation.
