四、【波逸提】義翻為墮。《十誦》云：「墮在燒煮覆障地獄，八熱通為燒煮，八寒黑暗等通為覆障。波逸提罪，如夜摩天壽二千歲，於人間數二十一億四十千歲。此墮眾合地獄，人間二百年，為天一晝夜。」

4. 【Prāyaścittika】 Translated by meaning as falling (duo). The Daśabhāṇavāra-vinaya states: "Falling into the hell of burning, boiling, and obscuration; the eight hot hells are collectively burning and boiling, and the eight cold hells, darkness, and so forth are collectively obscuration. The retribution for a prāyaścittika offense is like a lifespan of two thousand years in the Yāma Heaven; in human reckoning, it is 2.14 billion years. This is falling into the Saṃghāta Hell, taking two hundred human years as one day and night in that heaven."
