On the fourteenth day of the tenth month of the fifth year of the Taikang era (284 CE), the Bodhisattva-śramaṇa Dharmarakṣa obtained this Sanskrit manuscript of the Sūtra of the Wheel of the Non-Retrogressive Dharma in Dunhuang from Meizihou, the Deputy Envoy of Kucha.
