The fifty-two sūtras from the Shifang foming jing downwards are all anonymous translations newly collected in the Liang catalogue of Sengyou (now appended to the Song catalogue). From the Sanskrit sūtra down through all these anonymous translations, the various catalogues have merely recorded their titles, and their texts have long been lost with nothing available to examine. Determining whether they genuinely belong to the Mahāyāna or Hīnayāna is truly difficult. A rough classification has been made here, but much overlap and doubt remain. May the discerning examine and decide upon them.
