'Furthermore, a bodhisattva of the path-lineage dwells in firm kṣānti and contemplates the nature of all dharmas, attaining non-arising and non-ceasing; the four immeasurables are able to shatter all darkness; they constantly see Buddhas and extensively make offerings; they constantly train after the Buddhas and dwell in the mind of dedication; the wholesome roots they cultivate are all like the limit of reality; they are able to perform extensive Buddha-work in samādhi, manifesting various bodies and practicing the four means of embrace; dwelling in non-discrimination, they transform and benefit sentient beings; with clear wisdom and profound contemplation, they universally cultivate all practices and vows; they are able to be Dharma masters who tame sentient beings, skillfully contemplating the five aggregates, the three realms, and the two truths; free from characteristics of self and other, they attain the real nature. Although they constantly cultivate the paramārtha, they take birth in the three realms. Why is this? Because the karmic habit-energies and recompenses are not yet destroyed and exhausted, they take birth among humans and devas in accordance with the path. Cultivating the eighty-four thousand pāramitās in the upper grade, they cultivate the practice of dual benefit for three asaṃkhyeya kalpas, bringing vast benefit, attaining well-tamed samādhis, dwelling in superior contemplation, and cultivating the practice of departure, because they are able to realize the ground of the equal arya.'
