"Great King! In future ages, all kings, princes, and ministers will arbitrarily establish registers for my disciples, appoint officials and administrators to oversee major and minor monastic directors, and unrighteously subject them to corvée labor. Know that at such a time, the Buddha-Dharma will not last long.
