經。如是世尊如來有佛眼　贊曰。此答也。超前因位通顯無知理事雙融故有佛眼。前諸住文不立勝義。此皆言有不言非者。此與智淨既同住處以後彰前亦同解也。

Sūtra: “Even so, World-Honoured One, the Tathāgata possesses the Buddha eye.” / Commentary: This is the answer. It transcends the causal stages, universally revealing that without lack of knowledge, principle and phenomena are mutually fused; therefore he possesses the Buddha eye. The previous sections on abiding did not establish the ultimate truth; here it is always said that they "exist" and not that they "are not"; since this and the purity of wisdom share the same abiding stage, the earlier is clarified through the latter and is also understood in the same way.
