2.33

經。何以故至壽者相　贊曰。下釋所以。文復分三。初達我空。次悟法空。後順諸佛。然其三文皆有徵釋。此達我空也。何所以故信解受持。是人則為第一希有。以能斷伏人我相故。

Sūtra: Why is this? [...] mark of a life-span. / Commentary: Below is the explanation of the reason. The text is further divided into three parts: first, penetrating the emptiness of self; second, awakening to the emptiness of dharmas; third, according with all Buddhas. Now, all three passages have a challenge and an explanation. This is penetrating the emptiness of self. For what reason is a person who has faith-and-understanding, receives, and retains it the foremost and most rare? Because they can sever and subdue the marks of person and self.
