From 'endowed with their vows' downward is the second round of praising virtues […]; these practices and vows comprehensively praise both places as possessing practice and vow. Because of vows, bodhisattvas accomplish manifold practices; vows are the root of practice, which is why this is clarified. 'All worlds' generally indicates the three kinds of worlds. 'All kalpas' brings together the periods of time within the three time periods; these are all citing temporal periods to accomplish practice. Lands are likewise, with long and short kalpas. 'All countries' refers to the locations and realms transformed by kings. 'Constantly cultivating all bodhisattva practices': the worlds and kalpic times are everywhere complete; across all lands and locations, none is unreached. Cultivating bodhisattva practices at these times and places, because the time is protracted and the places vast, wisdom and practice are likewise boundless. 'Merit and wisdom without exhaustion': because what the bodhisattva practices does not exceed merit and wisdom, only these two are clarified. 'Able to bring benefit to all': this is external transformation. Above, supernormal powers were mentioned; here, benefit is mentioned; they are varied expressions raising praises.
