From “unbroken turning of the wheel of Dharma” onward is the fourth cycle, explaining practice that benefits oneself and benefits others. “Unbroken practice of all bodhisattvas” broadly adduces the multitude of practices. From “meditative concentration” down to “wisdom” explains the multitude of practices specifically. From “all their undertakings” onward explains external transformation. Within this there are two cycles explaining the three karmas: first briefly, from “their bodies” onward extensively, and from “such as these” onward concluding in summary. “Skillful in manifesting” means showing sentient beings their own practice, so that they now emulate and practice it, their movements serving as a model for beings; hence it says “skillful.” As for “uncontrived spiritual [manifestations]”: they act spiritually without conceptualization, because their minds are attuned to true reality, so their forms reach everywhere. It is also said that “uncontrived” means having no deliberate mind, as from the eighth ground upward their actions accord with their nature without requiring deliberate thought. Being “able to reach the ten directions” means arriving at a thought, encouraging and requesting the expounding of the Dharma so that the ten directions receive benefit; hence it is external transformation. Reverently respecting the Dharma without forgetting it is “reception.” It is also said that the preceding four pairs are specific praises.
