如是我聞 此二傳經旨也。肇曰。出經者明己親承聖旨無傳聞之謬也。
'Thus have I heard' — This is the second: transmitting the scripture's purport. Sengzhao said: 'The one who brings forth the scripture clarifies that he personally received the holy intention, without any error of hearsay.'
