一時　此三聞經時也。眾生信重為感如來悲願為應道交故曰一時。肇曰。法王啟運喜集之時也。

'At one time' — This is the third: the time of hearing the scripture. The faithful reverence of sentient beings serves as the stimulus, and the Tathāgata's compassionate vow serves as the response; when the Way intersects, it is called "at one time". Sengzhao said: 'The time when the Dharma King initiates his fortune and joyful gatherings assemble.'
