毀譽不動如須彌　此四歎平等文三。此初八風不動也。肇曰。利衰毀譽稱譏苦樂八法之風不動如來猶四風之吹須彌也。

"Unmoved by defamation and praise, like Mount Sumeru." This fourth [part] praises his equality, in three parts. This first is his being unmoved by the eight winds. Sengzhao says: "The winds of the eight dharmas—gain and loss, defamation and praise, praise and ridicule, suffering and pleasure—do not move the Tathāgata, just as the four winds blow against Mount Sumeru [without shaking it]."
