隨所調伏眾生而取佛土 此二明佛土淨穢不同。肇曰。隨所調伏眾生之深淺而取佛土之好醜。
"He acquires a buddha-land according to the sentient beings he regulates." This second explains the difference in purity and defilement of buddha-lands. Sengzhao says: "According to the depth or shallowness of the sentient beings he regulates, he acquires a buddha-land that is fine or coarse."
