深心是菩薩淨土。菩薩成佛時具足功德。眾生來生其國　肇曰。樹心眾德深固難拔深心也。又自心既深則所化亦深。道因既深則所感國土自然功德具足也。

"The profound mind is the bodhisattva's pure land; when the bodhisattva attains buddhahood, sentient beings endowed with merits come to be born in his land." Sengzhao says: "Planting the mind in the myriad virtues, so deep and firm that it cannot be uprooted, is the profound mind. Furthermore, since one's own mind is deep, those transformed are also deep; and since the cause of the path is deep, the land evoked is naturally complete with merit."
