善解法相知眾生根　二釋堪能隨轉。肇曰。諸法殊相無不解。群生異根無不知也。謂由知病識藥故能隨轉也。

“Skillfully understanding the characteristics of dharmas and knowing the capacities of sentient beings”: Second, explaining their capability to turn it accordingly. Zhao says: “There are no distinct characteristics of dharmas that they do not understand, and no different capacities of sentient beings that they do not know. That is, because they know the illness and recognise the medicine, they are able to turn it accordingly.”
