魔即驚懼念。維摩詰將無惱我。欲隱形去而不能隱盡。其神力亦不得去　此三魔欲隱去。肇曰。淨名神力之所制也。

"Māra was frightened and thought: 'Could Vimalakīrti be intending to trouble me?' He wanted to make his form disappear and leave, but could not vanish; even with all his supernatural powers, he was unable to get away." This third point is Māra wishing to vanish and depart. Sengzhao states: He was restrained by Jingming's supernatural power.
