諸佛如來功德平等。為化眾生故。而現佛土不同　四解釋。真土平等化物不等也。

"The merits of the Buddhas, the Tathāgatas, are equal. It is only for the sake of transforming sentient beings that they display different Buddha-lands." The fourth part explains: the true lands are equal, but the transformation of beings is not uniform.
