能令眾生入佛法藏攝諸賢聖一切智惠。說眾菩薩所行之道　此二明一切智果。既坐道樹具佛法藏獲賢聖智。得菩提道因圓果滿。名行足也。

"'Able to cause sentient beings to enter the Buddha's Dharma treasury, embrace all the wisdom of the worthy and holy ones, and proclaim the path traversed by all bodhisattvas.'" / This second clarifies the fruit of all-knowledge. Having sat beneath the bodhi tree, one fully possesses the Buddha's Dharma treasury and obtains the wisdom of the worthy and holy ones; having attained the path of bodhi, causes are rounded and the fruit is fulfilled, which is termed the perfection of practice.
