Copper utensils: copper pots, caldrons, copper ladles, and various other copper utensils—these are called copper utensils. Wooden utensils: wooden boxes, wooden jars, wooden tubs, and wooden ladles. All these various kinds of heavy property enter the cāturdiśa-saṃgha. Light property should be distributed by the saṃmukhībhūta-saṃgha. There was a novice who passed away. The monks [asked]: 'To whom does this robe and bowl property belong?' The Buddha said: 'It should belong to the upādhyāya.'
