大門第三總結分二。一依二門。二依正理　二廣釋中大門第五明離染等起分二。一明所治法。謂三雜染。二明能治法謂六現觀。初文分二。一總標分二。一總問總答。二別問別答。二別釋分三。一釋煩惱雜染。二釋業雜染。三釋生雜染。

The third main section, the summary conclusion, has two parts: 1. Based on the two approaches; 2. Based on correct reasoning.
Within the second part, the extensive explanation, the fifth main section—explaining the arising of detachment and so forth—has two parts: 1. Explaining the states to be remedied, namely the three defilements (saṃkleśa); 2. Explaining the remedial states, namely the six clear realizations (abhisamaya).
The first text has two parts: 1. General presentation, which has two parts: (1) General question and general answer; (2) Specific question and specific answer; 2. Specific explanation, which has three parts: (1) Explaining defilement of afflictions (kleśa-saṃkleśa); (2) Explaining defilement of actions (karma-saṃkleśa); (3) Explaining defilement of rebirth (jāti-saṃkleśa).
