第二釋師義分二。一依聞思等因位明師義。二依無學果明師義。

Second, explaining the meaning of 'ācārya' is divided into two: 1. Clarifying the meaning of ācārya based on the causal stages of listening, contemplating, and so on; 2. Clarifying the meaning of ācārya based on the fruit of the stage beyond training (aśaikṣa).
