第三依勤修不淨等五觀明觀品分五。一依勤修不淨觀尋思六事差別明修觀品。二依勤修慈觀尋思六事差別明修觀品。三依勤修緣起觀尋思六事差別明修觀品。四依勤修界差別觀尋思六事差別明修觀品。五依勤修隨念出入息觀尋思六事差別明修觀品。

Part 3, on explaining the category of discernment in terms of diligently cultivating the five contemplations such as the foul, has five parts: 1. explaining the practice of the category of discernment based on diligently cultivating the contemplation of the foul and examining the distinctions of the six objects; 2. explaining the practice of the category of discernment based on diligently cultivating the contemplation of loving-kindness and examining the distinctions of the six objects; 3. explaining the practice of the category of discernment based on diligently cultivating the contemplation of dependent origination and examining the distinctions of the six objects; 4. explaining the practice of the category of discernment based on diligently cultivating the contemplation of the distinctions of the constituents and examining the distinctions of the six objects; 5. explaining the practice of the category of discernment based on diligently cultivating the contemplation of mindfulness of breathing and examining the distinctions of the six objects.
