二別釋分四十四中第四依不受他飲食衣服等明違犯過分五。一標犯學人。二明請處分二如論。三明施體。四明犯相分二。一明染犯分三。一立因。二顯果。三結。二明非染犯分四如論。五明無犯相分二。一總標。二別釋分十四。一依疾病明無犯。二依無力明無犯。三依狂亂明無犯。四依懸遠明無犯。五依怖畏明無犯。六依調彼明無犯。七依餘先請明無犯。八依護善品明無犯。九依引未曾有義明無犯。十依法義無退明無犯。十一依論義明無犯。十二依詐請明無犯。十三依護多人意明無犯。十四依護僧制明無犯。

Within the distinct explanations in forty-four [parts], the fourth, based on not accepting another's food, drink, clothing, etc., explaining the transgression, has five [subdivisions]: 1. indicating the person in training who commits the offense; 2. explaining the occasion of invitation, which has two [aspects], as in the treatise; 3. explaining the substance of the gift; 4. explaining the characteristics of the offense, which has two [points]: (1) explaining the defiled offense, which has three [sub-aspects]: a. establishing the cause; b. showing the result; c. conclusion; (2) explaining the non-defiled offense, which has four [aspects], as in the treatise; 5. explaining the characteristics of non-offense, which has two [points]: (1) general statement; (2) distinct explanation, which has fourteen [sub-aspects]: a. based on illness, explaining non-offense; b. based on lack of strength, explaining non-offense; c. based on mental derangement, explaining non-offense; d. based on being far away, explaining non-offense; e. based on fear, explaining non-offense; f. based on subduing them, explaining non-offense; g. based on a prior invitation by another, explaining non-offense; h. based on protecting wholesome qualities, explaining non-offense; i. based on introducing unprecedented benefit, explaining non-offense; j. based on non-degeneration of the Dharma meaning, explaining non-offense; k. based on debating doctrines, explaining non-offense; l. based on a deceptive invitation, explaining non-offense; m. based on protecting the minds of many people, explaining non-offense; n. based on guarding the regulations of the Saṅgha, explaining non-offense.
