於有有具等者。有謂三有之果。有具即生有之因。苦謂三苦。生三苦緣名為苦具。

Regarding "toward existence and the requisites of existence": "existence" refers to the fruits of the three existences; "the requisites of existence" are the causes that generate existence. "Suffering" refers to the three sufferings; the conditions that generate the three sufferings are called the requisites of suffering.
