小三大八亦通無記者。以諂誑憍通三界故。八大墮惑遍染心故。非但不善亦通無記。

"The three minor and eight major also permeate the indeterminate": because deceit, dishonesty, and arrogance permeate the three realms, and the eight major secondary afflictions permeate defiled minds, they are not only unwholesome but also permeate the indeterminate.
