謂依建立阿賴耶識了教等者。依瑜伽論。諸聖教中若未建立阿賴耶識。皆非了義順小乘宗隨轉理教。若已建立阿賴耶識。當知皆是了義大乘。此論依斯了義教起。

Regarding "Teaching that establishes the definitive meaning based on the ālayavijñāna, etc.": According to the Yogācārabhūmi-śāstra, among all the noble teachings, if they have not established the ālayavijñāna, none are of definitive meaning, but accord with the Hīnayāna tenets as teaching that accords with provisional reasoning. If they have already established the ālayavijñāna, one should know that they are all the definitive Mahāyāna. This treatise arises relying upon this definitive teaching.
