論。亦能使人至使人愛著　釋曰。此第四所成定住對也。此中非真三昧。即新論說為或令證得外道邪定。此中初舉多曰定中得美飲食。使人愛著。若准新論。或復勸令受於女色。使人愛著。皆有此事譯者互舉。

Treatise: "They can also cause people... [down to] ...causing people to cling with attachment." Commentary: This is the fourth pair: the attained concentration and dwelling. Here, it is not true samādhi; the new treatise explains this as "or causing them to realise and attain the heterodox concentrations of non-Buddhists." Here, it first mentions obtaining fine food and drink in concentration for many days, causing people to cling with attachment. If one relies on the new treatise, "or again exhorting them to indulge in female beauty, causing people to cling with attachment." Both of these occurrences exist; the translators each presented one.
