法句經云　若說諸持戒。無善無威儀。戒性如虛空。持者為迷倒。

The Dharmapada says:
"If one speaks of upholding the precepts,
there is neither good nor deportment.
The nature of precepts is like empty space;
those who uphold them are deluded and upside down."
