波羅蜜多果異熟者。即是六度所得果報。如下勝德果利中說。此通因中所得果報。是故名為諸果異熟。若在果位是無漏善。則不得稱為異熟故。此義如下菩提中說。

Regarding "the vipāka of the fruits of the pāramitās": this refers to the fruit-retribution obtained from the six pāramitās, as explained below under the superior qualities of fruits and benefits. This generally applies to the fruit-retributions obtained within the causal stage; therefore, they are called the vipāka of fruits. If in the fruit stage they are untainted and wholesome, they cannot be called vipāka. This meaning is explained below under bodhi.
