第三雙觀人法二空者。前智力劣各別觀斷。今智力勝故雙觀也。問。更有何障第三觀耶。答。此是相見非真見道。擬儀於真假說斷言。故初智劣各別觀斷。第三智勝一時倣像。

"Third, doubly contemplating the two emptinesses of person and phenomena": The previous wisdom had weak power, contemplating and severing each separately; now, the wisdom has superior power, hence doubly contemplating. Question: What further hindrance does the third contemplation [sever]? Answer: This is the path of seeing marks, not the true path of seeing; imitating the true, it is conventionally spoken of as severing. Hence, the initial wisdom being weak contemplates and severs each separately; the third wisdom being superior imitates them simultaneously.
